I would like to recommend the book, “Well Done” by Ken Gosnell. Bible based business principles, when put into practice, really do work for any business. Ken has helped me to understand, better than ever before, how to recognize who is the real owner of Cabling Solutions and my responsibility to Him. I found the entire book to be easy-to-read and compelling with timeless practices that I could use throughout my business model. I’ve had to, gladly, change the way I’m doing some things and also my mindset in order to improve certain processes. I will be referring back to “Well Done” regularly so that I can hear the words, Well Done.
