Who We Are
Hello,
I would like to take a moment to say a few words about CSI. You already know from reading our home page that we have been in business for over 32 years. You also know that we provide a valuable (some might say “invaluable”) service, by getting and keeping your communications going. You know that we strive daily for excellence in our work. What you might not know is the reason we take such intense pride and care in our work. The answer is very simple. I believe we have a “higher calling.” I not only want to please my customers, I really want to please my God. The result is that I endeavor to treat each customer, each person, with fairness and integrity. I expect all of our employees to treat you, our customer, in the same fashion. That’s why so many of our customers appreciate dealing with us. Integrity. Like I said; it’s simple. If you are already a satisfied customer, let me say, “Thank you for allowing us to work with you”. If you are not yet a customer, I’d ask you to give us a call. We would like to begin a working relationship with you and show you what we mean by “taking care of our customers”.
Thank you,
Dennis D Carter
President
Our Mission
We will confidently and professionally support our customers by combining quality products, services and expert installation with personal customer contact and short-notice availability. We will continually strive to improve our services and product offerings. We will treat our customers as we would want to be treated with professionalism and integrity. We will exhaust every possibility to make sure our customers are truly pleased with CSI.
Core Values
CSI believes in the “Golden Rule” and treats everyone the way we would like to be treated. We are a company grounded in Christian values of honesty, integrity, respect, and a sense of social responsibility. It is critical to us to maintain the highest standards of conduct. We will not lie to anyone for any reason. If we lose a business advantage because of that, so be it. We can live with losing business for the right reasons. We cannot live with gaining business for the wrong reasons.
